The long-term working capital loans are adjusted to fit the needs of clients in need of greater help with their current obligations so as to finance the long-term needs of the company, i.e. the financing of the so called working capital of a company, financing of long-term business deals as well as obtaining additional space for accumulation of own liquid assets. The required securities are in the form of solid collateral such as mortgage of higher/lower order, collateral on equipment, commodities (per value and economic life-time acceptable for the Bank), receivables (collateral on contracts, invoices of trustees acceptable for the Bank)
The short-term financing is adjusted to fit the current needs and provides an opportunity to expand the scope of operations and profits with increased stability of cash flow and solvency. The loan eligibility requirements are minimum 1 year of operations (full fiscal year) coupled with positive business results and net score. The credit worthiness has to be acceptable for the Bank.
The long-term financing for investments is intended for clients that wish to purchase equipment, renovate/construct/buy commercial space, refinance long term liabilities under more favourable conditions, for refinancing own investments (funds which are invested into last three years). The client’s share depends on the purpose of the loan and its feasibility and flexibility in regards to approval of grace period on borrowed assets. API Bank follows its clients’ needs and adjusts its lending requirements to the economic feasibility of the investments.
