We are pleased to announce that Mr. Alexei Golubev has been appointed as a new member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Golubev is a distinguished figure in the scientific, educational, and legal communities. He holds degrees in both Electro physics and Law.

During his professional career, he held various managerial positions and gained academic experience as a lecturer at educational institutions such as the Moscow Psychosocial University and the Institute for Socio-Economic Forecasting and Modelling.

His areas of expertise include finance, banking, corporate law, and tax law—fields in which he has built a strong reputation. Since 2014, Mr. Golubev has successfully practiced law and enjoys authority and respect within the professional community. With many years of professional experience in leadership and management,  Mr. Golubev’s appointment will contribute to the Bank’s development and efficient corporate governance.
