API Bank continued to strengthen its capital base with a closing of second in this year new shares issue in the total amount of 360 million dinars. Thus, the Bank’s shareholder made total increase in Bank’s share capital in the amount of 600 million dinars in the first half of the year.

In accordance with the financial plan, the additional capital represents a strong support to the grow of Bank’s activities which are mainly oriented in  provision of services to domestic companies and citizens.

Also, the increased capital will enable the Bank to think about new strategic lines which still to be unique to be attractive to customers which already enjoy wide range banking services providers in the country.
