We would like to inform you that on 30/03/2020 changes occurred in the Board of Directors of API Bank based on the decision of the Assembly of the Bank appointing Branislav Ristić as a member of the Board of Directors.

Branislav Ristić joined API Bank governance team with the aim to enhance expertise through applying his wide knowledge in domestic law and practical understanding in areas where bank is going to develop.
